winmayam8's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the Platform in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your winmayam8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved, and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after identity verification, provided no grounds for forfeiture exist.
